You also receive a cell phone that you should keep within 10 feet of you at all times, but if you can’t, once you get to the phone it’ll send everything it recorded while you were away from it. Mine is simply a sticker stuck in the middle of my chest with a small waterproof monitoring attached to the sticker itself. I got my 30 day one yesterday and I can shower and swim(down to a 3 foot depth) in it.
